C & C Management Group (CCMG) offers both for-profit and not-for-profit groups a professional consulting group that can act as an in-house development and social services planning staff. CCMG offers complete affordable housing project management from site identification through initial lease up and in the case of a tax credit development, a compliance monitoring function throughout the IRS compliance period of 15 years. CCMG’s project management team can perform all of the duties of a developer from the assembling of the necessary team members, feasibility analysis, site identification, zoning and variance approval process, creation of development and operating pro forma, coordination of architectural and legal professionals, obtaining and negotiating appropriate forms of construction and permanent financing, investigation and preparation of applications for grants, soft financing, tax credit applications and other subsidy programs as well as construction oversight.

Our quest is for CCMG to become the preferred Management Service Organization (MSO) for each of our entities, but to also offer these services to small and medium sized healthcare organizations.

A management services organization (MSO) is a healthcare specific administrative and management engine that provides a host of administrative and management functions necessary to be successful in the ever changing healthcare environment.

As risk begins to shift from health plans to providers as part of managed care arrangements, many of the functions and services traditionally owned by health plans, including clinical outcomes, are now more appropriately owned and operated by the health system itself. An MSO is a gateway to helping providers apply a population health lens to their practice with a focus on quality and outcomes, which ultimately, enable the practice to better control overall medical spend.

Strategy

CCMG continues the work of its predecessor Chapman & Johnson, Inc., and has pioneered a distinctly unique system for assisting nonprofit organizations, Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDO’s) in eliminating distressed housing and building new developments. This process, which CCMG refers to as “Housing Opportunity Partnerships,” is a potent but under-appreciated strategy for enhancing the ability of nonprofit’s to develop, own and manage affordable housing units while working with “community partners” to design and arrange for the provision of supportive services systems to serve residents.

Utilizing a mixed finance approach, CCMG successfully integrates the goals of federal and state housing regulations into a customized transaction designed to meet the market and social needs of its housing clients. CCMG has developed a powerfully effective housing development program that encourages and assists nonprofit organizations, i.e. CDC’s, and CHDO’s, to act as developers or co-developers on tax credit and tax-exempt bond projects. CCMG recognizes the enormous market potential and has created a housing development program that virtually eliminates financial risks for nonprofit organizations while guaranteeing them continued control and profit.

You can think of healthcare administration as the process of managing and handling every aspect of the business side of delivering healthcare services.

Our skilled healthcare administrators create an environment in which healthcare providers are able to practice both effectively and efficiently. It also provides safe, comfortable, and compassionate places for people to receive health services.  Although healthcare administration is concerned with the business side of healthcare, it does not diminish the focus on providing top quality and highly effective patient care.

The CCMG goal of healthcare administration is always the same: to ensure the coordinated delivery of healthcare and the efficient management of medical facilities.

Depending on the type and size of the healthcare system, healthcare administration may involve a number of teams working in unison to manage the system at every level.
